# VodaBook

> VodaBook is free water delivery software and an Android app for water shops and RO water plants in Pakistan. It replaces the paper register (khata) with a phone app for the delivery round and a web portal for the desk.

VodaBook is made by Teciz Everything. It is free for every shop, with every feature, no customer limit and no card required.

## What it does

- Records each delivery: 19 litre bottles delivered, empties returned, and the amount owed
- Sends the customer an SMS receipt after every delivery, from VodaBook's number with the shop's name on it
- Works offline: deliveries logged without signal sync automatically when the phone is back online
- Makes monthly bills and tracks payments and outstanding balances per customer
- Plans weekly delivery routes and divides houses between employees; employees cannot see rates or earnings
- Real-time chat between a shop and its customers
- A marketplace where households find water delivery shops in their area

Customers do not need the app; they receive SMS receipts. Shops sign up themselves at /signup, and the mobile number is the username. Available on Android and the web.
