VodaBook records deliveries and produces invoices. It does not handle money between you and your customers.
Every shop starts with a free trial and every feature. After the trial, if you and VodaBook both want to continue, we sign an agreement - first for 3 months, then for 1 year. You never lose the records you have already entered.
Your customers and delivery history belong to you. We only host and process it to run the service.
Stop using VodaBook and delete your account at any time. No notice needed.
These terms govern your use of VodaBook, operated by Teciz Everything. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Your account
- Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for your password and everything done under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.
What you may not do
- Anything unlawful.
- Accessing another shop’s data, or probing or disrupting the service.
- Reselling or white-labelling the service without our written agreement.
- Uploading content you do not have the right to use.
Your data and your customers
The customer records and delivery history you enter belong to you. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process that data to run the service. You confirm you have the right to enter your customers’ details and to send them delivery receipts, and that you will honour any request to stop receiving them.
Messaging rules. VodaBook sends the SMS to your customers - delivery receipts, bills and sign-in details - from VodaBook’s own SMS number, on your behalf, and follows PTA rules on messaging. Only add customers you actually deliver to. VodaBook may not be used to send advertising or messages people did not ask for.
Free trial and agreement
- Free trial. Every new shop starts with a free trial and can use every feature. No payment and no card are needed.
- 3-month agreement. When the trial ends, if you and VodaBook both agree to continue, we sign a written agreement for 3 months. It sets out the plan, the fee and how to pay.
- 1-year agreement. If the 3 months go well for both sides, the agreement moves to 1 year, after we have talked it through with you. It is renewed the same way.
If you decide not to continue after the trial or at the end of an agreement, you can still sign in and see the records you already entered. The signed agreement takes priority over this page wherever the two differ.
The rest, in full
Availability
We keep VodaBook running all day, every day, but it can sometimes be unavailable for a short time - for example while we update it, or if our hosting or internet provider has a problem. If that happens while you are delivering, keep going: the app saves your deliveries on the phone and sends them as soon as the connection is back.
Accuracy of records
VodaBook records what is entered into it. You remain responsible for checking that deliveries, rates and invoices are correct. We are not liable for losses arising from data entered incorrectly.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using VodaBook at any time; how an agreement ends is written in the agreement itself. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or is not paid as its agreement says. We tell you first and give you time to put it right, except where we must act at once to protect others.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we change anything important, we will tell you in the app before it applies, and the date at the top of this page will change. If you keep using VodaBook after that, the new terms apply to you. A signed agreement is only changed if both sides agree.
Governing law
These terms, and any agreement between you and VodaBook, follow the laws of Pakistan. If there is a disagreement we will first try to settle it by talking to each other.
