Each customer on their own rate
A rate is either a bottle price plus a delivery charge - PKR 50 + PKR 20 bills PKR 70 a bottle - or one fixed price per bottle. Different customers can be on different rates, and the total for every delivery is worked out from it.
Change a rate and only new deliveries use it. Past deliveries keep the price they were charged at, so old invoices and monthly totals never change behind your back. Customers are notified when their rate changes.

How is a water delivery bill calculated?
Bottles delivered × the customer's rate, for every delivery in the billing period. The rate is either a bottle price plus a delivery charge or one fixed price per bottle.
What happens to old bills if I change my rates?
Nothing. Past deliveries keep the price they were charged at. New rates apply only to deliveries recorded after the change.
Can customers pay online?
Customers can report a payment they made into your bank account, with the transaction ID and a screenshot, or a cash payment. You review and confirm it in VodaBook.
Can a customer stop receiving SMS receipts?
Yes. Turn off "Send SMS receipts" for that customer. Their deliveries are still recorded and billed as normal.
What does billing cost?
Nothing. Billing, invoices, SMS receipts and payment records are all included free while we grow.
