Two taps to record a delivery
Open the customer, enter the bottles left and the empties collected, and confirm. The amount comes from that customer's rate, the delivery is saved to the shop's records, and an SMS receipt goes to the customer with the shop's name on it.
No signal in the basement or on the top floor? The delivery is saved on the phone and syncs by itself when the connection comes back. The customer still gets the receipt after the sync.

Give each employee their own round
Create an employee with their name, mobile number and a password, and they sign in on the app. Give them a day's houses, or press Divide equally to split a route between several people. If someone is off, mark them absent and their houses go to another employee for that day only.

Yes. The app is free on Google Play for shops, employees and customers, and every feature is included while we grow.
Is there an iPhone app?
VodaBook is on Android, and everything also works in the browser on any phone or computer, including iPhone.
Can my employees see my rates and earnings?
No. An employee sees customer names for their own round only - no rates, phone numbers, reports or earnings.
Does the customer need the app?
No. A customer you add yourself never installs anything. They get an SMS receipt after each delivery.
What if a phone is lost?
Everything is stored on VodaBook's servers. Sign in on a new phone and your customers and history are all there.
